Ultimate Omelets

What makes our omelets so fluffy? Well, Chef’s lips are sealed pretty tight, but what he did say is, “You don’t get anything great without quality products.” Our feathered gals have access to the outdoors with grassy fields where they’re free to peck and play. Their feed is fortified with omega-3 loaded flax meal; good fat, resulting in orange, not yellow, yolks.

HIGHER QUALITY EGGS = BETTER OMELETS!  All omelets are served with golden hash browns and your choice of brioche toast, cat’s head biscuit, cinnamon roll, two buttermilk pancakes, or blueberry muffin top.

Western Omelet

Brimming with ham, roasted bell peppers, sweet onions, mushrooms and cheddar cheese. Garnished with a bacon-wrapped stuffed jalapeño! A TRU American classic.

Meat Lovers’ Omelet

Protein, protein, protein! Packed with ham, smoked bacon, sausage, caramelized onions, and pepper jack.  Truly a house favorite!

The Matador Omelet

Sautéed onions and potatoes seasoned with fabulous sazon seasoning, pepper jack cheese, Cache Valley cheddar, sausage, ham and bacon. Topped with TRU-pico de Gallo.

Green Chili Omelet

French rolled, cheese-filled omelet topped with pork blade green chili (prepared in a slow and low cooking process) then finished with Green Goddess sauce.

Mediterranean Omelet

Filled with sautèed spinach, sweet red onions, sun-dried tomatoes and fire-roasted artichoke hearts. Topped with feta cheese, Kalamata olives and red pepper sauce.
