We are proud to have Chef Todd Leonard on our team! Chef Todd is the 2019 American Culinary Federation Chef of the Year, representing all of the USA. He also enjoys three national Dutch oven championships.
Surprisingly thick-cut brioche that is “baptized” in custard sauce and grilled. The French toast is then filled with lemon-berry mascarpone. Topped with our house whipped cream, fresh blueberries and blueberry syrup. Can I get an “AMEN!”
The steaks are hand carved then flame grilled to perfection. Our steaks are so tender you can cut them with a butter knife. All breakfasts are served with two eggs, hash browns, and your choice of brioche toast, cat’s head biscuit, cinnamon roll, two buttermilk pancakes, or blueberry muffin top.
