TRU Signature Stuffed French Toast

Two surprisingly thick-cut brioche slices that are “baptized” in custard sauce and grilled. The French toast is then stuffed with your choice of filling and topped with our house whipped cream. 16

Jesse’s Very Berry: Fresh-picked berries purèed with mascarpone and a hint of lime. Topped with berries & berry syrup.
Biscoff Cookie: Filled with creamy Biscoff cookie butter. Topped with raspberries, bananas, whipped cream, butter syrup, and a cookie.
Mountain Blueberry: Blueberries purèed with mascarpone. Topped with blueberries & berry syrup.

Straight Up French Toast

Two extra-thick slices of brioche, battered and grilled. Topped with whipped butter and a dusting of powdered sugar. 12
